Software Innovative Model Competition under Srijan – 2017

We are delighted to share that, among the series of technical festivals for Srijan-2017, we have successfully conducted “Software Innovative Model” competition for the first stage at Oriental University, Indore. In this contest students have to present a new innovative research idea for software project which may have direct relevance to a common man. Participants had to submit abstract, project report and presentation along with registration at our institute. Students had show live demo for their software project. After internal evolution, we finalized 3 teams who participated in this competition. This event was scheduled on 18 April 2017 from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Distinguished judges arrived from various eminent IT companies. They were Mr. Bhupendra Sing Chourasia, Founder & CEO, iTrack Technology, Indore and Mr. Rashid Sheikh, Associate Professor, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology, Indore.

Three different innovative ideas from different groups were presented. Among which the team secured first, second and third positions, two from Oriental University, Indore, with project title Horcrux, No-Fear and one from Medi-Caps University, Indore with project title Event Locater.

All the students were glad to participate in this contest since they also got knowledgeable tips from judges apart from technical interrogations.
