Post – Director (IQAC)

The Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) shall be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts to maintain and improve the quality of education at an educational institution.

Responsibilities & Requirements:-

D or Master’s degree with progressive experience in IQAC/student services functional capacity within a higher education institution.
At least 15 years of academic, research publication and outreach experience in IQAC related activities.
Providing leadership and direction to the IQAC team, including staff and faculty members.
Facilitating the development and maintenance of academic programs and courses, preparing and submitting reports on the activities and outcomes of the IQAC to the senior management and relevant external bodies.
Ensuring that the institution is in compliance with accreditation standards and requirements and have proper understanding of the application of modern communication technology .

Salary: As per UGC Norms

Post- Dean (Research)

Qualification/Experience/Eligibility

Ph.D. with at least 15 years of strong academic experience in teaching & research.
Should be familiar with the systems and procedure for conducting doctoral program in the university.
To make sustainable strategies and efforts for maximizing the tangible research outcomes in alignment with NAAC / NIRF / QS etc.
Create Industry interface for industry-driven research and innovations.
Responsible to achieve quarterly/annually targets related to research activities.
