The Faculty of Law, Oriental University, Indore organized a visit to District Jail, Indore.
The students also had an opportunity to interact with the Jail Superintendent, who, despite her busy schedule, spared her time for the students. She informed them regarding the necessity & objective of jail and highlighted the importance of jails in society. Students also observed the legal aid cell service, besides various vocational training and educational programs, specially designed for inmates. The students were accompanied by Prof.(Dr.) Priya Sepaha, Dean, Faculty of Law, Oriental University, Indore.
